The cars in The Adventures of Tintin - The Chicago Taxi
A black and white chequered strip surrounds a vehicle driven by a chauffeur in livery, ready to do anything for $500... At a stroke, Hergé chose and drew the taxi which transported Tintin and Snowy. It is one of the Checker Cabs that at the time were scouring the streets of Chicago. He made this amazing and distinctive vehicle the first feature in the opening sequence of Tintin in America.
Each car has been faithfully reproduced with a high quality finish.
It is presented in a clear Perspex case.
A booklet, in French and English, accompanies the car providing detailed information about the vehicle that inspired Hergé, and the creation of the Tintin in America adventure and much more!
